Imagine yourself seated in a concert audience and your favorite singer says, "Here's a song I'd like you to sing with me." and before you know it, you find yourself and the whole audience - hundreds, perhaps thousands - lifting your voices in song, singing the chorus of a song you've never heard before, a song whose music and words capture the spirit and heart of each and every member of your fellow audience, feeling an electricity, a surging infectiousness, moving you to think  "I, too, can make a difference in this world. I, too, can help make the world a better place. I, too, want to make someone's life better."

The Musical Umbrella

BWC, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, seeks to enlist the nation's singers from the full musical spectrum - pop, hip-hop, folk, country, rock, gospel, reggae, blues, heavy metal, etc. - to join under one musical umbrella, each artist to sing audience participation songs related to non-partisan efforts or charities for the common good that they already (or wish to) champion; to sing these songs with their audiences at every concert; to urge their audiences to volunteer their services and/or finances on behalf of these; and to go to this web site (see below) to find just that activity they can participate in to volunteer or give to.

          BWC will collect and distribute contributions to charitable organizations.

BWC will conduct other related activities such as organizing:

          Musical events (concert series, festivals, parades of top performers, mega concerts, "The Great NYC Sing")

          Local choruses open to any who wish to join without regard to musical or vocal background and skills.
